En 2026, critiquer toute une génération de jeunes qui fait du sport et qui mange mieux, plutôt que de fumer et de boire de l’alcool… il faut quand même le faire. La musculation est un sport qui peut se pratiquer seul ou à plusieurs. Elle permet à beaucoup de jeunes, notamment les plus introvertis, de sortir de chez eux, de rencontrer de nouvelles personnes et, par la même occasion, de reprendre confiance en eux. Je rappelle aussi que la musculation est l’un des meilleurs moyens de préserver sa masse musculaire et de lutter contre la sarcopénie, la perte naturelle de muscle liée à l’âge, afin de vieillir en meilleure santé. Vous n’êtes plus tout jeunes monsieur, peut-être qu’au lieu de critiquer, vous feriez mieux de venir pousser un peu à la salle.

Very difficult round with a beautiful rage quit the car is like gp2 , I feel like pierre gasly in 2025 alpine on this nurburgring round I did a very Nice qualy lap without mistake and get p13 with 8.04.4 this is so frustrating 😂😂😂 #gt7
