@ellelilac According to @/FE3HopesZine, about five (5) people have confirmed they've gotten refunded—out of 50+ orders that were supposed to have been refunded before the end of the month, and 20+ orders that Cym claimed to have refunded.

@crimelinespod We checked an incredibly non-political person sent you someone else’s design by mistake. During promotions we get overwhelmed and sometimes make mistakes. Our best guess is the other customer was joking about themselves. Nonetheless, very embarrassing.
