Absolutely!! I mostly talk about it from the male perspective, but it's a superpower for everyone. Easy rule of thumb: anything the sun touches, gets healed and supercharged 🔋⚡️ You've got a whole beautiful living ecosystem down there that will looooove that natural vitamin injection. Just start very small if you've never done it before. I haven't burned myself once because I literally started with only 1 minute of duration my first time, and raised it incrementally, listening to my body on how much to increase each time. Oh and make sure you have all seed oils out of your diet for at least a few months (if you don't know what that is LMK, I can find you some resources). Those are the main culprit that causes people to sunburn. Eating lots of steak is also ideal. Personally I'm carnivore and eat nothing but steak/butter/eggs; it makes your skin maximally supple, strong, and sun-absorbent. @Kelly118107236 @ACLobby i worked retail for twenty two years/part of the jobs was to clean the bathrooms. in every situation, every job, the men's room was WAY cleaner than ours was. women bleed and piss on the seat, don't clean. they leave period products for all to see half in the trash half out. etc

@AdrianneCurry i went through meno in my twenties due to C but it ended up being a gift in the long run. and thankfully was able to have my kid before all that happened. i hear about this perimenopause and i feel bad for those that go through it, it sounds pretty shitty.

Most women are perimenopausal in their 40s. Most women have a hormone dip at the age of 40, even if they dont hit meno till mid to late 50s. Stating this fact will enrage women for no reason and inspire them to leave me comments on How their body is magically different
