Limiting the handpass in Gaelic football MUST happen RULE: 3 handpass limit followed by a kick (the kick has to go forward) 1. The 11v11 attack will become much harder, no time to load up and play basketball. 2. Teams will press aggressively as the turnover will be easier - no long phases of possession 3. 2 pointer will protect against teams dropping off 4. Teams will finally see the value in the 3v3 for the faster attack to avoid the 11v11, not use 11v11 as their only attacking strategy 5. We'll see the great skills of kicking and catching under pressure return 6. No running down the clock 7. End to end matches 8. Yes it was trialled before but that was a different game with no 2 pointer and kicks went backwards
