$RKLB has fallen hard. Rocket Lab traded near $150 at its high this year. Now it sits near $64. What caused it? Two things. First, the company announced an $8 billion deal to buy Iridium. Iridium runs a network of satellites for voice and data. Its clients include the US government, Vodafone, and Garmin. Big deals like this scare traders. They worry about the price tag and how it gets paid for. Second, the whole space trade cooled off after a hot run. But there is good news too. Rocket Lab just won a $266 million contract from the US government for suborbital launch. The stock jumped over 3% on that news. Wall Street still likes it. Bank of America has a $115 target. Citizens says $130. The average target is near $110. That is far above today's price. Key levels I watch: the stock has moved between $63 and $71 lately. A close above $71 would show buyers are back. A break below $63 could mean more pain first. Big drops in strong companies can be chances. Or they can be traps. The Iridium deal will decide which one this is. Not financial advice. The market is currently uninvestable. Market uncertainty and macro fears are so intense that we just have to sit this one out. How long will it take? No one knows. But the $QQQ chart isn’t looking very promising. Personally, I wouldn’t sell here (NFA). -RM
