@newusername704 @jeff_gluck Yeah we had DIRECTV Stream for a while starting in 2018 until like 2023. The grandfathered plans were good until they hit like $130. Since then been bouncing around, but I think that may be the best for me moving forward. Appreciate the feedback.

@StokesIsStoked @jeff_gluck I’m happy with it. It’s priced reasonably ($64.99), the UI is easy to navigate, and there’s two 4K channels included. On YTTV you have to pay extra for 4K channels. Only downside is multiview channels are preset, you can’t build your own.

ESPN is putting O'Reilly streaming as part of its "ESPN Unlimited" plan. Looks like the current ESPN Unlimited price $29.99/month or $299.99/year.

@newusername704 @jeff_gluck How do you like it? I’m currently on the base Fubo plan cause I’m a NY Rangers fan living in NEPA, so even with Unlimited I’m blacked out. Planning to move outside the blackout within a year and then will probably just get one of the IPTV sports packages (YTTV, Fubo, DTV)

@jeff_gluck I have the DirectTV my sports package and the CW is the only channel missing in that package that I needed. But since ESPN Unlimited is included at no extra cost, this solves that problem. Neat.

@RivianTrackr No way I’m getting one based on not looking at a new car until late 2028 at the earliest, but an off lease launch with Coastal Cloud Launch would be something I would jump at. Still love your dedication and keeping us all updated, even if I’m still years away.

nascar ought to go green and just replace the top half of the Talladega racing surface with grass, since apparently the Cup cars can't go any further than two wide anymore

That was a thoroughly stupid and silly afternoon. A handful of laps of actual racing produced the Giant One. And with 20 to go, you knew that with the dragster gridlock that the 17 or 77 would win if they didn't get a bad push in those laps.

Certainly hoping for a good show, but I honestly can't think of a time where I was less interested in a Cup race at a superspeedway, and I get that feeling with each one the series stops at now. Shifting stage lengths does nothing for me, it's the gridlock pack racing itself. 😕
