Absolute chonker bezels unfrotunately but its the best I could find... hope it looks crispy (IPS 3.5" 640 x 480) with capactive touch.

@AWeirdPhysicist Yes, having same issue. Bezels asymmetrical otherwise need to fork out $500 for panel customization.

@StonedEdgeMods I only found the usual 40-pin ones... and I had to go through so much bullshit to find a 4.3" one whose bezzels didnt look like shit.

Anyone great at sourcing displays? I’m after a 3.5 inch 640x480p MIPI DSI panel but preferably with a symmetrical bezel like the ones pictured. Have looked on Alibaba for days but cannot find anything…

Old resin shell had its day so I put the guts in nice aluminum red shell!

Excited to see this get implemented into hopefully a Compute Module form factor next year!

Because of difficulties getting resin parts, I've temporarily switched to design projects that I can print in FDM at home. One such project: a custom Gamecube Keyboard Controller! The shell is 3D printed, but I plan on creating a complete replacement!

Until we get a newer version of PanVk (open source Mesa), this will have to do! Unfortunately…

Lately we’ve messed around with the Vulkan WSI layer (huge hacks needed). Citron (Yuzu) and Lime3DS work pretty stably on Wayland now with Mutter compositor on arm64. No jittery frames or anything like that. Mali GPU compatibility just seems bad for switch emulation, though.
