It has ~9x AEVA’s revenue, 49% yoy growth, a much broader customer base (industrial/robotics/auto/defense), and a clearer path to profitability. AEVA’s valuation looks stretched on far smaller scale and execution risk.

CoreWeave isn’t getting universal hype despite the AI buzz. They’ve got crushing $21B+ debt with sky-high interest driving losses, plus $30-35B capex next year fueling nonstop cash burn and thin margins. Too much revenue depends on a few giants like Microsoft, Meta, and OpenAI. Delays keep forcing guidance cuts, the backlog is shaky to deliver, and profitability doubts linger. Hyperscalers are catching up fast, killing their edge, while the crazy valuation assumes perfection the stock’s volatility disproves. Add lawsuits and founder control issues. To me it’s a leveraged Nvidia bet, not a stable winner—that’s why smart money stays sidelined.

While I have a position in $NBIS, and I think it's the highest quality in this space, I have been puzzled why $CRWV hasn't been getting more love. Is it that the market pref dilution over debt by that much? Or is it looking very far ahead to where the neocloud that Nebius This building is a key differentiator, which I think will absolutely matter in 4 or 5 years? Or is there something else I'm missing? Either way, I might be shifting from Nebius to Coreweave soon.
