We saw some pullbacks late NY based on Netanyahu playing damage control saying Iran has no nuclear capabilities left. Even if this is the case it does not mean this conflict is over. Iran can still continue the same warfare tactics damaging Israel and USA linked energy infrastructure. What is also notable is the fact Israel's PM stated a revolution cannot happen from the sky alone and needs ground troops putting emphasis on escalations around the corner the same time Trump has been begging for NATO help. We may some dead cat bounces, short term pullbacks on XAU, SPX and BTC but continue the bears with rate cut bets collapsing and more risks around the corner regarding tensions. We may see bearish pullback on DCY and OIL but create a HL and hold demand zones from market updates and bulls maintain control. What we saw from Israel's PM seems more of damage control and media plays similar to when Trump kept highlighting Iran is destroyed, we are winning the war and it will be over soon which was far from the truth.
