I really couldn’t care about the league’s my friend. Barca are not a very physical team. To compete with them, teams who reduce games to physical battles with physical players do well, especially when they have quality and good tactics on top. That’s most Premier League teams, if not all. It happened in the first game between the teams too. Newcastle battered Barca for the first 30 minutes. And then Pedri + Frenkie took over and sucked the life out of the game. Pedri did that tonight at times too, but he missed his mate. Plus, Barca have their own qualities too on top of that, making them favourites to progress in the tie. We all know this. But, in saying that, and to your point, football is not so simplistic.
