Little Morgan searched for opportunities to join MI5, but the only available programs were restricted to diversity candidates. I was unable to apply, as the application forms blocked submission unless specific diversity criteria were met. I reached out to MI5 hoping for a response, but received none. DEI policies shattered my aspirations; despite my hard work, strong grades, and abilities, I felt I deserved a fair chance like anyone else. Being rejected without the opportunity to demonstrate my potential was deeply disheartening. Your children are good enough, ensure they know that.
