This Ḥadīt͟h is not authentic to the Prophet ﷺ, according to the likes of:
• As-Suyūṭī (d. 911 AH)
• Shaykh Abu ʿAlī al-Ḥasanī
• Shaykh Khālid al-Ḥāyik
Rather it is the statement of a companion - رضي الله عنه -

@StrangerAthari Says nothing about being authentic to the companion. He is discussing that the mursal is the stronger one because that route has more men and stronger than Ibn Hafs and because it is mursal it is considered weak.

Did Al-Albānī grade it Ṣaḥīḥ?
No. He merely said its chain is ṣaḥīḥ, while also noting that other routes do not contain this specific wording.
Compare the narrations before and after this ḥadīt͟h: he unrestrictedly declares them authentic, except for this very narration.
