Anyone else been told by @Plusnethelp that their set-top box has 1 year warranty only? As a consumer, I'd expect it to last 5 years minimum. Out of their warranty yes, but I'm pretty sodding sure it's in my statutory rights to get it replaced free if it was unfit for purpose.Hmm.
