For apples to apples comparison, every 1 dollar is not equal, the banks should definitely pay more but also check what percentage of that 1 dollar goes into servicing the failure of govt, e.g. power, security, levies(owo mi da) etc. compared to their global counterparts. This approach would be more objective. You should compare all of these to get the true picture of maybe they're actually greedy or they're just making sense for what doesn't make sense.

One of the commentaries that came out from the Moniepoint 500 vacancy brouhaha contained this chart that compared personnel expense as a share of revenue for Nigerian banks. The inference was that Nigerian companies severely underpay their people. At 12% we do better than GTB.

PDP ruled Nigeria for 16 years & our economy got better in each tenure. APC has ruled for almost 12 years & our economy got worse from the first tenure. And hasn't recovered. Peter Obi and Kwankwaso were once members of the PDP. Tinubu & Buhari were never in the PDP. End.

I can't understand why people are here playing defensive positions for themselves and others who go after married women. This is preposterous. Every wise man knows to run for his life from such entanglement but a careless fool only seeks pleasure that's not worth it. Your mouth will soon be full of gravel.

Men who deliberately and intentionally pursue married women for sexual relationships are a cancer on society. You are not merely a high risk taker, you are dangerously reckless! I cannot do business with you, nor can I allow you anywhere near my private spaces or circle. There are vastly more single women available than married ones. As a man, there are certain fundamental laws of nature, you must not break. I almost lost my life at age 35 because a fool brought his married girlfriend to a nightclub and sat at my table. That kind of reckless stupidity destroys lives!

One of Elon's most vocal critics just bought a Cybertruck. Brian Krassenstein, who has spent years publicly clashing with @elonmusk, announced the purchase yesterday. His reason had nothing to do with politics. He has a young family and the Cybertruck is the only pickup truck in America to hold both an IIHS Top Safety Pick+ award and a perfect 5-star NHTSA rating simultaneously. When your fiercest critics are buying your product because the data leaves them no choice, that's a different kind of win.

Interviewer: “Can you give me two reasons why I should vote for President Tinubu for a second tenure?” APC supporter: “How many states are APC states right now in Nigeria? That alone is a signal. If a party is controlling about 32 states, what does that mean? Those governors are rushing to join APC because Tinubu is doing well.”

Politics is not what I am known for. I am an authority when it comes to relationships or marriages. But political decisions or choices affect leadership. And when leadership is poor, men and women are less interested in getting married and raising a family. Or some would use it as an excuse to steal, harm others or go into fraud. I have looked at all the presidential candidates that we have today, and I see that potential in the persons of Peter Obi and Rabiu Kwankwaso. I won't always discuss politics because I don't like it, and it creates enemies unnecessarily. But I have seen a high level of poverty and shock in the numbers of persons that have been begging for money to survive from close families and friends. And I know it's because of our economy. An economy led by President Tinubu. I have seen wives lose their husbands in a large scale like never seen before due to insecurity. I have seen mothers and wives decide to prostitute themselves because they have to feed their children. I have seen parents enable their children to go into fraud and prostitution because of our harsh economy. I cannot continue to teach people on how to maintain a healthy relationship or marriage, while their pockets cannot sustain it and their children are hungry. I want to promote someone that gives hope to the ordinary Nigerians and has a track record. Do not be distracted by my political posts in recent times. I am doing it because I am concerned with our future. The suffering is too much for a country as rich as Nigeria. And we have leaders who do not show empathy. Rather, they politicize the level of insecurity and massive corruption as a political witch-hunt. Greed and quest for power is the bane. Poverty weaponization is the catalyst. Religion and tribe are the result. You young Nigerians must see these things for what they are. Your mates in countries where they have elected good politicians are getting married very early and raising their families. But you're still begging for recharge card, doing yahoo and olosho on tik tok and IG. This is not the life that was promised to you by these greedy politicians. Take back your country. End.

TINUBU IS QUIETLY DOING WHAT BUILT AMERICA AND CHINA — BUT TRIBALISM WON’T LET NIGERIANS SEE IT Let me say this boldly: Nigeria’s economy will not explode because of Twitter arguments… it will explode because of ROADS, RAIL AND LOGISTICS. That’s exactly what President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is aggressively doing — and many Nigerians are too blinded by tribal politics to understand it. My assignment here is to expose you to what is really happening. We love to always see things from tribal lenses so much that we intentionally blind our own eyes from seeing truth in intelligent government actions . 1. America didn’t become rich by randomly doing things— it was INFRASTRUCTURE. In the 1800s, the U.S. economy transformed after the Transcontinental Railroad (1869) connected the East to the West. Cost of transporting goods dropped massively. Oil, agriculture, and manufacturing scaled across states. Trade between regions exploded That’s how America became an economic giant. 2. China’s miracle was built on roads and rail. China didn’t “wish” itself into prosperity. From the 1990s: Built 140,000+ km of expressways. Built the world’s largest high-speed rail network. Result? Lifted over 800 million people out of poverty. Turned villages into industrial hubs. Infrastructure = economic power. Simple. 3. Now look at what Tinubu is doing in Nigeria (THIS IS THE REAL GAME). This is not politics. This is ECONOMIC ENGINEERING. Lagos–Calabar Coastal Highway (700km). Connecting Lagos, Ogun, Ondo , Delta , Rivers , Akwa Ibom and Cross River . Started 2024 Creates a coastal economic corridor for oil, ports, tourism, and trade. Sokoto–Badagry Super Highway (1,000km). Links North-West to South-West. Designed to cut logistics costs and boost trade, agriculture, and national integration Abuja–Kaduna–Zaria–Kano Road (164km+). Critical northern economic artery revived with massive funding injections . Akwanga–Jos–Bauchi–Gombe–Maiduguri Corridor. Connecting North-Central to North-East for trade and security . Bodo–Bonny Road (Niger Delta access route). Unlocking oil, gas, and coastal commerce . Lekki Port / Dangote Refinery Evacuation Roads. Built to move products from Africa’s largest refinery (650,000 barrels/day) across Nigeria . 4. It’s not just roads — rail is coming with it. $2.99 BILLION approved for rail projects (Lagos, Kano, Kaduna). Light rail expansion in major cities National rail corridors under study (Calabar–Maiduguri, etc.) . 5. The money being committed is MASSIVE. Over ₦7 TRILLION approved for road projects nationwide . Hundreds of projects under a national infrastructure drive . This is not “small government activity.” This is nation-building scale investment. 6. Why this matters (many Nigerians don’t understand this part). When you connect regions: Food from the North reaches the South cheaper. Ports in the South serve the entire country faster. Businesses expand across states Investors come in. Jobs increase. That’s how economies grow — not by shouting on TV. 7. The uncomfortable truth Nigerians we nor wan hear be sey, If you remove tribal bias and look at DATA: Nigeria is being physically reconnected. Economic corridors are being built. Logistics cost (one of Nigeria’s biggest problems) is being attacked. But many people are still arguing like it’s a football match. Final truth: Visionary infrastructure always looks “crazy” at the beginning. They called early American rail expansion wasteful. They mocked China’s empty highways in the 90s. Today? Those countries dominate the global economy. Nigeria is at that same moment. The real question is not: “Do you like Tinubu?” The real question is: Do you understand what is being built? If Nigerians drop tribalism and start thinking economically, you’ll realize something shocking: This may be the most aggressive attempt to open up Nigeria’s economy in decades.

🇮🇱 Israel has been at war for almost 3 years. Its economy is forecast to grow faster than every G7 country this year. Unemployment is at 3.2%, inflation is under 2%, and the Tel Aviv stock exchange is up 20% since January. The shekel gained 7% against the dollar during the war. The reason: a booming tech sector, record foreign investment in cybersecurity, surging defense exports, and a highly skilled workforce that keeps attracting global capital even during active conflict. Most countries would be on their knees. Israel is outperforming the U.S., the EU, and the UK at the same time. Source: CNBC

My dad is the one who buys foodstuffs in the house. He buys everything in large quantities. Everything! So we've never suffered for food. The only time he eats at home is dinner. Except for weekends. One day, he said he wanted yam because he bought it in large quantity the previous month. And we told him yam is finished. He asked, "All that yams?" We answered yes. His response was, " Oga oo, I didn't even eat from it." He just went out. We felt bad when he came back carrying bag of yams, that day I realised that he doesn't even eat much from what he worked hard for. Yet he did not stop buying.

This is a very critical point especially during courtship. As a man, while dating: any girl that comes to your place of business or shop and makes herself the centre of attention instead of your customers should not be 'wifed'. If she behaves like she doesn't care about your business or as if your customers are a distraction, she's not the one. Don't learn by experience.

Until you understand the HYPERGAMOUS NATURE OF WOMEN, you will keep making avoidable mistakes. This man's video is going viral. He married her 5 months after meeting her as a divorcee. They were married for 11 years and for 6 years, she was abroad, he sent her to school, while he was sending her money. He was sending money to her abroad out of the small naira he earns here. Obviously, she was taking c0ntràceptives so she doesn't get pregnant for him. He was constantly sending flowers to her through friends abroad. His wife didn't bother to come see him since 2021 that she left, until he sent her money for ticket last year... He took his friends along with 2 cars to give her a grand welcome at the airport. He gave them phones to capture the epic moment. They couldn't get a clip of his wife giving him a hug after many years because she refused to hug or kiss him. They got home and he slept in the living room for 2days because she wouldn't let him close to her. For many years, he couldn't even get himself a car because he was sending naira to her abroad. He was only able to buy a car recently after he stopped sending money to her abroad. He will call his wife, 5 to 6 missed calls, she will not pick up nor call him back. She got a house abroad with a male flat mate. He wasn't comfortable with it but acted cool. He later discovered same flat mate was sleeping with her. He saw a picture of her sitting on a man's leg in the restaurant. Note: the HYPERGAMOUS NATURE of women means that the higher you expose her, the higher you advance her beyond yourself, the higher the the kind of men she begins to desire to be with. His wife has outgrown him. Only a very few women who fear God can emotionally discipline themselves not to be swayed in same condition. 90% of the time, a single mother, divorcee and some widows will stain your white. You either learn or perish!!! ~Joyous J Page
