i’m actually really angry about this. good omens has famously always been a product of such incredible care, people were discovering little nuggets and parallels for years. this just screams idgaf and it’s so disrespectful to the story and the fans & proves to me there’s no hidden meaning to theorise and find beyond that hokey heavy-handed ooc writing
