@XavierCTurnips What makes the mega matchups good? Take lucario for example, is it just we trap the lucario in active and that damage plus munki damage lets brute bonnet clean it up?

its a rly fun deck based off based off Shinji Mori’s top 16 CL Osaka list.
Autowins into most mega decks (especially lucario), favoured into pult (imo) and has lines into any deck that has setup time.
Auto-loses to slop box 😭

@hiroton_pcg If this is in reference to the stamp hammer situation, the distinction here is that the card that was attempted to be played was luck based and came up tails. Once the hands were fixed the player in the wrong was given another chance to flip heads which warped the game further.

Dedenne+ruffian for Crustle
Dudun ex + Moltres for slop box
Elgyem+gemstone/fan the main strategy
Corner+fan so good for apples/Zoro
Spam flute with dedenne against DudunPult so u can have a good target for Elgyem. Also good against rocket decks

-bench lock them with poke with ability and cornerstone stall/trap owl with sudo
-same as Venu, but power up corner+fan to KO little spiders

3/233 in the Thursday Mouiji's Dojo Mickey at 10-3, was #2 seed but lost in top 4. Only losses were to Zam, Festival Lead (Top 4, terrible matchup) and my client dying in round 7.
- Cpao is AMAZING
- Cipher is AMAZING
- Prime works very well with Cipher, less comeback potential.

@DaHubsTCG @bulbaDaD_001 I do like the normal legacy energy version of ogerpon box with the clefairy's. Penny feels great in that shell with or without kang. Rockets mimikyu also a good meta call. good pivot, can knockout ceru, dragapult with clef on bench and zard after they are forced into 1 prize left

Craziest twist is that yesterday's PTCG Live update broke only the NEW prism energies, meaning that if you want to use it on Live... you must use the Next Destinies ones 😂😂

Want to rant and get opinions on a deck check that happened to me after round 5. I was told that the Next Destinies Prism energies, which I put in to help me prize check, weren't playable. I hadn't seen the announcement, and I was given 5-10 minutes to rush to vendors 1/

@DaHubsTCG @bulbaDaD_001 I like the celebi, helps you get your pieces under item lock and I suppose that it can be used going second but that would require teal in active and dance into retreat or a budew in active to resolve

@Straylo2 @bulbaDaD_001 I think so, still working on what variant i think is best. Was high on mega venu, but honestly, my best results so far have been with this: - have been trying to swap 2nd budew for regigigas jewel breaker
