@ZachLesagePTCG Thank you for everything, I started playing Pokémon TCG when silver tempest came out, I had no idea what I was doing, but I remember your tournaments were huge for getting practice in before I started playing in IRL, it’s rare that I miss a late night…thank you for everything ❤️

A message about Late Night Events going forward... Late Night Events started 4-5 years ago as a way for players to play in events when IRL events took a pause in the pandemic. The events grew into something I could have never imagined, and we hit over 500 players per week nowadays. I appreciate each and every single player, staff member, sponsor, and those who use these events to keep up with the metagame. Pokemon TCG events have changed both IRL and online. IRL events are bigger than ever, and many areas (including where I live in Montreal) have locals Monday through Friday with CP events every weekend. Online events have also popped off with @Senor_Doom's TOD series offering an amazing weekly event and @SmartTCG offering cash events that have exploded his series into a whole new level. There are countless other organizers and series that offer so much for this community that is so so so awesome. I've changed a lot since the start of Late Night events too. I've grown up a lot since the pandemic - I'm in my 30s, I'm a Poke-dad now, I'm married to @M_LesagePTCG, and so much more. It is tough for me to keep up with this event, and there are so many other opportunities that I don't see a downside of me stepping back. I'm sure many of you have read in between the lines of this message and realized where this is heading. Late Night 246 is going to be the last regularly scheduled Late Night event for a while. I might look into other opportunities for someone to run them if we get a chance, but I fully realize that I can't keep up with the series right now. A huge shoutout goes to @snoopy369, @TheRealMWDC, and @PonytaTTV for helping these events run smoothly over the past few seasons. Y'all are the real goats for real for real! What does this mean going forward? Honestly, I'm not too sure. The series could continue on in some way or another, but I don't have a concrete plan right now. I just know it can't continue on as a weekly event (at least with me running it). I don't want to see the series die, but I also feel it has more than served its purpose for the community, and there are so many events to choose from. Ideally I would like to run some tournaments in the future, just not a weekly special at this time. That might change, but for now, Late Night 246 is the last weekly Late Night. I appreciate all of you <3

@markmaccccc Clefable helps with the prize race against decks like Garde and pult specially if they run Shaymin, clefable eats up budews and damaged scream tails and driftloons…zeraora still can’t hit Teras so you are just hoping to hit things like fez, also clefable helps with joltik too
