@streamlabs It's memberships that was having issues (I don't want regular subs to show up from youtube). Also *none* of the youtube events show up in the dashboard event feed!

Hey @streamlabs, my event feed on the streamlabs dashboard is not showing my YouTube events, and my YouTube alerts are not showing up despite my YouTube account being connected. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Google isn't giving me anything I haven't tried. :(

Dear customers! I’m aware of the current StreamElements situation and while it was quite unexpected (so no backup solution had been prepared beforehand), please don’t worry! I’ll definitely find a way to keep your purchased assets usable For now I’m exploring different solutions while observing and analyzing the situation. Current thoughts are the following: 1. If StreamElements gets acquired instead of shutting down completely it may buy us some time. 2. Several smaller platforms have already expressed their intentions in recreating SE's custom widget functionality (as it's the most requested feature) (and there are a lot of us that need it) 3. Gradually I’ll make more Streamlabs versions of my shop items (for old and new), even though Streamlabs seems a little limiting to me 4. If StreamElements will keep working under new ownership, I’ll still look into additional platforms for the widgets. First thought was to make my own, but that would be a huge and very responsible project to take on, especially considering how many updates I already planned and have to do 5. I’m also open to cooperating with new platforms and other widget creators. I’m sure we’ll all figure something out together I hope for your understanding during the platform transition process, as it will require immense amount of time for me to rework all the shop items and figure out what to do with commissioned ones 🙏 I work and manage everything on my own, but I’ll do my best to find the best possible solution for you and will try to do it asap. On the bright side I was already planning major updates for my items: the multiplatform support, design reworks and extra settings editor. So perhaps it’s for the best that all of these updates will happen at once :) I will keep you updated!

@streamlabs @mrboost92 @StreamElements I would hate to switch from stream elements to streamlabs. I tried streamlabs but $27 a month for features that just are not worth it is an insane price tag especially in the big 2026. Can't justify it

In light of the recent rumors @StreamElements is to shut down. I’ll begin working on getting my widgets ported over to @streamlabs. I will likely start with the most popular ones and work down. The best thing I could suggest would be to keep your eyes open on my twitter or join the discord and I’ll try to keep everyone updated with everything!

RE: StreamElements To get everyone on the same page, here's a breakdown on what's happening, because rumors always travel further and faster in a vacuum. Earlier today, there was an initial rumor that StreamElements was laying off all staff and shutting down. I heard this secondhand from a trusted source, but, like any rumor, it was not confirmed; it was merely a starting point. (I personally require at least two independent sources to confirm a story, as individuals can make mistakes or misinterpret the facts, especially if there's a reason that might make it personal.) Since then, this single source has repeated this story to everyone in his StreamElements Sponsorship Discord (not the official one), and as such, it has been shared as a rumor widely across streamer Twitter. Yes, he does work for StreamElements as a Creator Success Manager. So, he does have credibility. At the same time, I have attempted to get secondary confirmation from anyone at StreamElements - but have been unable to. Every person I have spoken to about this (creators, former SE staff, media people) has the same source... the person mentioned above. Now that said, let's talk contributing factors: 1. StreamElements continues to be silent on the matter. 2. They have been slow to pay users in recent weeks. 3. They seem to have been removed from Twitch's Third Party sponsorship offers. 4. They have been soliciting donations to keep the service free. 5. They have had numerous layoffs over the last few years, and more have left of their own volition in the last few months. On the other hand, it's unusual to simply shut down a service with hundreds of thousands of users without first becoming a paid service. Or maybe just shutting down part of the service and focusing wholly on the sponsorship side. Either way, it's unusual. This entire thing is unusual. And while the rumors may end up being true, I don't feel confident saying that yet. As I said, my standard is at least two independent confirmations - more is better. I always prefer being right to being first. That said, given the situation as presented, it may still be worthwhile to ensure any SEPay money is requested, and you may want to download your alerts (or move to an alternative, such as Streamlabs. Disclosure: I have a partnership with them - but an easy link to do so is attached below.) If I learn more before StreamElements addresses it publicly themselves, I will share whatever facts I can confirm.
