An interview with an $ADYEY customer who recently switched from Stripe. The interview is with the COO, who was also, in his previous roles a decision-maker in choosing payment providers: 1. The reasons why he switched from Stripe to $ADYEY. $MSFT ERP support, store credit cards, third-party gift card program, etc. Pricing-wise, it was not the decision because everyone was willing to match the lowest price. 2. At the expert’s company, they do use $PYPL but not Braintree, as it is not as strong of an offering as Stripe or $ADYEY. 3. Despite everything, $PYPL as a % of their transactions has been growing in the last 3 years. From 5-6% three years ago to 11-10% this year. And where $PYPL has taken, most of the share is from Credit cards. 4. The expert sees a lot more competition in payments than he saw a few years ago. Despite everything, $ADYEY is still number 1 in his view. Follow us for more insights into expert interviews.

Former $GOOGL employee and ad industry expert quantifies in detail the effects of AI that he sees on the ad tech and social media space: 1. In 3-5 years, AI will improve the creative side of ad generation, which he estimates will lead to a CPM tailwind of 6% CAGR for the next 4 years. Within that, he sees the biggest benefit going to smaller advertisers who already don't have big teams making a sizeable number of versions of creatives for one campaign – Generative AI changes that now. 2. The second thing is OpEx savings from AI. Advertisers won’t have to allocate that much budget to financing the team or outside agencies and, with it, create savings that will, in his opinion, a lot go to increase the ad budgets. The expert sees that as another 2-3% CAGR to CPM in the next 3-5 years. 3. The expert sees a big opportunity for ad tech companies to harness chat apps now with Generative AI. The benefits of taking share from a $500B global call center industry and channeling some of that savings to ads present a big opportunity, especially for companies like $META, $SNAP. Former Unit Head Thinks Content Restrictions in $AMZN Channels Will Be Extremely Rare Given Its Focus on the Positive Customer Experience "One of the primary drivers, when I came into the business, is to offer customers more optionality and flexibility in video choices, in lieu of customers having to subscribe to a big bundle of video programming like they had to do with cable distributors, for example, or satellite distributors like DIRECTV or DISH. The goal was to offer as many channels as possible, a great breadth of optionality for customers. To make it really easy for customers to actually get what they wanted, make it easy for them to subscribe, and also easy for them to unsubscribe if they no longer wanted to watch that channel."
