I just can’t grasp the amount of hate for LIV (mostly 🇺🇸) I’ve been to LIV Greenbrier/Michigan • I had a fantastic time walking 54 holes at each venue. The wonderful people I met, the volunteers • plus so many amazing workers • let’s not forget, they work their asses off. LIV has grown the game despite the backlash and hate. Why? It’s so unnecessary. They are golfers growing the game. It had nothing to do with team golf… for crying out loud the media “ nutted” over TGL (Pardon my French) @TGL @LukeKerrDineen @BobHarig In the 15th Century a Scottish King banned golf (gouf) bc of the distraction to his military. Greg Norman would be a great ambassador for my 3 divisions idea PGA/LIV/DPWT • 12/13 teams • with 3/4 crossover events • taking the top 8 teams from each division • letting the Ryder and Presidents Cup host the event in alternating years • Ryder Cup year being played at European/USA venues • Presidents Cup years being played internationally S. America/S. Africa/Australia/Asia etc • we need to evolve again • Mr. Palmer’s IMG umbrella has weathered Tiger’s storms long enough • it’s tattered and worn out. IMO (Tiger I respect you) you guys embraced TGL 🤷‍♂️ @TGL @TigerWoods @PhilMickelson Plus we need to create team divisions for the Korn Ferry/Sunshine/Asian tours • by incentivizing them with winners from each division getting access to the crossover events • the individual winners being invited to a couple of the Majors • are Scott O’Neil Brian Rolapp and Guy Kinnings serious about growing the game?
