Xero are currently experiencing problems with their bank feeds, either duplicate lines are being imported or no transactions at all. Xero are aware of the problem and it is with their technical team.

We've been made aware that Xero's opening banking partner suffered an outage last night, which may affect those businesses that use bank feeds within Xero. They have instigated a fix, but there may be missing or duplicated transactions when you do your bank reconciliations.

Xero Bank Feed Disruption ⚠️ Issues affecting users yesterday have been rectified but the disruption has resulted in duplicate transactions in the bank. Get in touch with our #Xero advisor certified team if you need support rectifying this bookkeeping@naylorwintersgill.co.uk

@SinclairDayAcct Always best to air on the side of caution. Just one to point out, unlike some bank feed providers we go direct to the bank! So no more duplications or missing transactions 🤩

Many banks only allow access to statements going back 6 months, so download copies in case your accountant needs to refer to old transactions. Bank feeds aren’t fool proof & can leave gaps or create duplications, copy statements are essential to maintain accuracy #WeAreTheCavalry
