110 MPH on city streets... and a helicopter was the only thing that could keep up. What began as officers checking on a large gathering in a business parking lot quickly turned into a high-speed pursuit after multiple vehicles scattered in different directions. According to Tulsa Police, one driver, identified as 25-year-old Luis Mejia, approached an officer before accelerating away. As speeds climbed above 110 mph, patrol units backed off and the department's Air Support Unit took over, tracking the Camaro from above while officers positioned themselves ahead. The pursuit ended when the driver slowed after spotting stop sticks and surrendered without further incident. Mejia was arrested and booked on allegations of eluding a police officer and reckless driving. The helicopter never lost sight of the car—and by the time it was over, the driver had nowhere left to go.

Some people never outgrow the toddler phase—they just get older. When they don't get what they want, they lash out, make a scene, blame everyone else, and expect the world to bend around them. The biggest difference is that adult tantrums often leave everyone around them paying the price. Being disappointed is part of life. How you handle it says far more about your character than whether you got your way. The people who earn the most respect aren't the ones who always win—they're the ones who can hear "no," keep their composure, and move forward without making everyone else's day worse.
