I hate fighting Leo so much. You have to lock in on defense at range 0 for toxic lows, and then the twink just starts krumping on you with plus frames.
I wish I could just beat the Leo players ass but they try to block every low and d1+2 to nuke my mid timings in neutral. DAMN!

I don't have conclusive evidence, but if we want better movement in Tekken, I *think* these types of interactions are an unavoidable consequence.
I've been playing lots of Tekken 6 and Tag 2, which have amazing movement. In those games, whiff punishes and block punishes require specific knowledge of which hitboxes work in each scenario.
Smaller hurtboxes and hitboxes mean attacks are more reliable to dodge, but it also means things will whiff more often. Punishment and combos require more situational awareness to pull off, whether it's better move choice or better timing on punishes.

People are traveling around the world to compete... 2 years and no fix for this type of game breaking bug. My whiff punish should never whiff on successful sidestep.

Work is work. Even charities and non-profits compensate their employees.
So why should we expect hard working people with full time jobs to organize tournaments and events for free?
When you have a dinner party with friends, they chip in for the food and drinks. IMO, FGC events are no different.
A community helps their members out. It's a whole ecosystem. So I 100% agree with this take.
If a person is willing to use their precious time, brainpower, and hard earned money to uplift a scene, we as participants should be happy to contribute so they can continue doing it.
Because we all know that a majority of us rather just show up and play games. Being a TO takes a whole different kind of person.
