These past few weeks I've been taking a lot of time to understand myself better. Including what I want out of life. Here are some things I've been thinking about: #1: I love my work and I shouldn't shame myself for it just because other people might not feel the same as me. #2: I love people. I get energized from conversations. Connecting with and helping people is really important to me. Not only that, but also strengthening and keeping up with the relationships that I do have is a huge focus of mines from now on. #3: Learning focus. On and off. When I work I work. When I'm off, I'm off. I want to be fully focused on what I'm doing without feeling guilty or worrying about anything else.

My Tia passed away yesterday. Death is a really difficult thing for me to process with ocd. Just tell your family and friends you love them while you physically can. Go check in on everyone you love. Answer the texts and all the calls and go home every once in a while.
