@XenosKing Yes!! And I honestly think watch time is just as important as CTR! So setting up a good expectation with T+T+intro is very important!

Well it's been about 8 hours and the results are out!!!!
Title 1 is the winner! (My original title, title 2 was taken from a YouTube viewer's suggestion) Here are my 2-cents on why I think it worked better:
1. It's short. People are scrolling their phones at very fast speeds so you want the title to catch AND make sense in a split second.
2. It's fresh. The title isn't a stale format that people are used to seeing. Compared to title #2, people might already have pre-created your whole video in their minds without clicking in.
3. It's complimentary to the thumbnail. The title asks the question "THIS??" and the thumbnail points to a girl.
In no world am I good at title+thumbnail, in fact it is what I struggle with the most when I make videos 😂 This is purely from my 2.5 years of experience on YouTube!

Everything you post is self-promo.
And it's not spam because social media timelines aren't chronological anymore. It's all running in interest based algorithm.
So if you post 3 things and only 1 of them hits, no one ever knows you posted the other 2.

I been doing YouTube Content for 6 years with 7,000+ Subscribers with little direction and barely a thought process for uploading. Ludwig’s 4P’s is incredibly insightful, definitely will be applying these steps from here on!

I will always say this about cinna, she is the single best networker i’ve ever witnessed. She’s also an insanely brilliant collaborator, when her and I were both quite small streamers, we’d call eachother in the middle of streams, get a bit off and go, we’d have all these amazing little moments on stream, that I personally never felt comfortable doing with other streamers I knew.
She just had such a wonderful open presence and with all of that she was able to grow, branch out and meet a ton of other creators and do the same thing with them that her and I would do. All the while she’s ingratiating herself to all these peoples audiences, big or small, and now she’s one of the biggest streamers in the world.
I saw people in tiktok comments saying really ignorant things about her, like “why would cinna have a class” or “why would anyone go to cinna’s class over ludwig’s or agent’s” While i have seen clips from both agent and ludwig’s classes that I think are incredible bits of information, no single person on twitch could be more important to hear from than cinna if your goal is to grow from 10, 50, 100, viewers to thousands. she is the real deal, she’s brilliant and if I wanted to be a streamer, i’d save her teaching vods and study them and put her knowledge to work for me.

You are a creator. Not a Twitch streamer. Not a YouTube. Not a TikToker or whatever.
And as a Creator, platforms are tools for discovery. That's it.

These are the things that streamers need to do but are unwilling to.
Record your intro instead of using whatever from your stream to make the intro.
Yes cold opens work, but only if you have very good material to work with and most likely you don't if you're not used to the Twitch to YouTube pipeline.
Another thing that streamers should do more for their videos that Ludwig doesn't mention here is voice overs.
Ludwig does them and it helps tremendously with increasing the production value of the video and I bet watch time too.

Stop caring so much because that's what leads to either analysis paralysis or focusing on the wrong thing.
Learn how to get good at the fundamentals and the 80% that does matter.
The details can come later when you're actually good at thumbnails

Everyone has access to the classes of streamer university.
Which means everyone has an equal opportunity and a higher chance at passing up the ungrateful who got to attend streamer university with access to amazing resources.
