The British state is attempting to publicly destroy me, an innocent man, to absolve itself of its sins.
It believes it can burn me at the stake publicly as a symbol of how seriously they “protect” women and girls and vulnerable people.
They want you to forget that Phillip Schofield and Huw Edwards raped children and never went to jail.
They want you to forget that 250,000 young girls were raped by grooming gangs with police cooperation.
They want you to forget they allow rapists and murderers to arrive by boat every single day and stab your children and attack women.
They believe by destroying me they can show they are against these things and are “tough on crime”.
But the fact these things happened and continue to happen while they use every power available to chase me around the world does nothing but show the public how corrupt and complicit they really are in all the crimes that have taken place.
Absolutely nobody trusts the British state anymore.
The endless decade pursuit of me only makes people trust them less, why don’t they use a fraction of this police effort to stop the small boats or grooming gangs?
Because they wanted those to happen.
And they want to destroy me to cover for their acts and pretend they are not corrupt scum.

@Cobratate Fourteen days in jail haven’t changed the support behind you. The truth should be determined in court, not by headlines.

Day 14 in SHU (special housing unit)
This is punitive housing for people who murder their cellmates.
No commissary, no phone calls, no yard time.
The worst possible conditions the US gov provides to terrorists and psychopaths.
I am an innocent until proven guilty extradition detainee.
I’m wanted by a foreign state.
I am an American citizen.
WHY AM I HERE?

@Cobratate 14 days behind bars, and millions are still standing with you. No matter who the defendant is, everyone deserves a fair legal process and the presumption of innocence.

@Cobratate If the evidence proves his innocence, history will remember this case very differently. Until then, he’s innocent until proven guilty.

The U.K. Labour government has been attempting to silence me since 2022.
My series of arrests is a political and personal vendetta from the same people who are accelerating Britain's decline.
If these people are kept in power,
The future of every one of their enemies will be between court and a jail cell.

Millions of Americans who supported @realDonaldTrump were also influenced by Andrew Tate’s message of personal responsibility, resilience, and challenging establishment narratives.
Whether people like him or not, Andrew has become one of the most influential voices for an entire generation of young men.
Many of his supporters were also part of the movement that reshaped the political conversation in the United States.
Now those same people are asking one simple question:
If the presumption of innocence and due process truly matter, why is an American citizen awaiting extradition reportedly being held under such severe conditions before being convicted?
If the principles America prides itself on only apply when they are politically convenient, then they are not principles they are slogans.
@realDonaldTrump @JDVance @PamBondi @TheJusticeDept @FBI
It is time for transparency, accountability, and equal application of the law.
Justice is tested most in the cases that generate the greatest controversy.
The most important thing is the Britain’s objective was to repeat the same strategy it used against Andrew and Tristan in Romania: to make him suffer, keep him under harsh conditions, and destroy his reputation and lose money while he remains innocent until proven guilty.
Britain fears Andrew will actually make it to trial, why? 2 reasons::
1.Concern about public scrutiny of the evidence. During a trial, the prosecution’s evidence, witness testimony, and investigative procedures are subject to rigorous examination and cross examination in open court.
If there are weaknesses or inconsistencies in the case, they may become apparent through the judicial process.
2.Public and institutional consequences. In a high profile case, an unsuccessful prosecution may attract significant public scrutiny, influence perceptions of similar cases, and raise broader questions about investigative methods and prosecutorial decision making.
Remember what’s happened in Romania? where the judge threw out the case files because the allegations were unsupported and lacked evidence?
According to this view, the exact same thing is happening now in Miami.
The judge reviewed what Britain had submitted, repeatedly shook her head from side to side, and handed the documents back because she concluded that there was no evidence supporting what Britain claimed to have.
Facts are stubborn things.

Radha Stirling wrote a piece on the extradition. She has worked on Interpol and extradition abuse cases for twenty years and has never worked for me, Andrew, or Tristan.
Ms. Stirling is dead on. A British request carries a presumption of proof and contains none.
She has watched the UK, the Dutch, the Danes, and the Germans hunt people who were never charged with anything.
One of her clients sat in a Baghdad cell for months over a disputed bank loan.
Andrew and Tristan are in a Florida cell on the same kind of paper. The Crown has filed no evidence. It owes none until September 16.
She says the process is the punishment.
She's right, and we are all watching it happen.

Andrew Tate Extradition: Should the bar for extradition be raised to protect human rights? Interpol & extradition expert Radha Stirling argues current standards enable “punishment by process” - years of detention before evidence is properly tested. x.com/i/article/2082…
