And, if #facebook didn't intend to engage in quality improvement efforts, why did they do the research? Were they hoping to find positive results to market that they weren't doing harm? If the results were positive - do that. But, when you know better, you need to do better.

I am astounded by the research Facebook has done without a focus or intention to engage in quality improvement improvement efforts. This is akin to sending a survey and doing nothing with the results. It's unethical. #SApro #SAassess #assessment youtu.be/_Lx5VmAdZSI
