💯 And this is why we're sick of it all. The EHRC has done us proud, now the Aus Government needs to give their heads a wobble and stop gaslighting, demonising and prosecuting women for refusing to submit to this cult.
RAMBUNCTIOUS@RAMBUNCTIOUSLIP

⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻ RECKONING CODE ⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻ THE PAINS YOU’LL NEVER KNOW ⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻ Why claiming to be a woman is biologically impossible - and the daily female reality no male will ever touch. ⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻ FROM THE DESK OF 'CUT THE BULLSHIT' AUSTRALIA (and the rest of the sane world) ⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻ Trans women are not women. Biological males cannot - and will never - experience the raw, grinding, blood-soaked physical reality of female biology. No matter how many V-necks you wear, how many hormones you pump, how many surgeons you pay to carve you up, or how loudly you scream 'lived experience' from your pronoun circle. You can role play all you want. You will never pay the monthly biological tax. You will never carry the load. You will never bleed, swell, tear, or atrophy the way actual women do every fucking single day. Here’s the unfiltered list the gender ideology cult never wants you to hear out loud. ⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻ 1. MENSTRUATION - The monthly war zone cramps that feel like someone is twisting a rusty knife through your uterus while your lower back tries to file for divorce. Bloating so bad your jeans become the enemy. Heavy bleeding that turns your day into a constant calculation of 'how many pads or tampons do I have left?' and 'will I leak in public like a live horror movie?' Iron levels nosediving, fatigue hitting you like a Mac truck full of beer for the boys, mood swings that make you want to cry at the toaster. And that’s the 'tame version.' How about Endometriosis Tissue growing where it doesn’t belong, scarring your insides, leaving women curled up on the bathroom floor vomiting from pain or infertile from the damage. PCOS turning your hormones into a clown car. None of this is 'social construct.' It’s XX chromosomes doing what they were built for - and no male body on earth can simulate it. You get to skip the entire thing. Lucky you. ⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻ 2. PREGNANCY & CHILDBIRTH - The nine month body hijacking Morning sickness that lasts all day for months, your organs getting squashed, your spine screaming, feet swelling like balloons, skin stretching until it tears. Then labour. Contractions that feel like your pelvis is being ripped apart by a medieval torture device. Hours of it. Sometimes days. Tearing from vagina to arse. Episiotomies. Emergency Cesarians that slice through seven layers of your abdomen like opening a can of soup. Postpartum haemorrhage where you can bleed out on the table as your newborrn waits to feel the bond of the lifegiver. The uncontrollable crying after day three, when hormones are still all over the place. Breastfeeding cracks, mastitis infections, boobs that feel like they're balloons about to pop for months on end. your nipples bleeding while a tiny human drains you dry. Clogged ducts that turn your tits into rocks of fire, milk supply crashes that leave you sobbing in the dark while your baby screams hungry, and the brutal hormonal crash when weaning hits like the worst period of your life mixed with postpartum depression. All those permanent changes you never thought about - stretched skin, weakened pelvic floor, organs that never quite go back where they were. I’m a man and I cannot even begin to fathom what it would take to carry another human inside me and squeeze it out whilst holding a hand that's just trying to understand. Mate, that’s the real deal. And that’s before you even factor in the hidden landmines - miscarriages that rip your body and soul apart, or the deadly ectopic pregnancy - embryo implants in your fallopian tube instead of the uterus, grows until it ruptures and nearly bleeds you out internally. A surgical emergency that kills biological women. Another female only landmine you will never face. the physical aftermath of losing a pregnancy you carried, the varicose veins, stretch marks, and abdominal separation that stick around like unwanted tattoos from the internal war you just fought. Or the pain of knowing you will never ever be able to carry a human life - not because you're not female, because it was not God's will. ⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻ 3. THE DANGLING BITS AND THE IKEA RETURN DESK Now let’s talk about 'your' side of the equation - the dangling bits you’d love to return like it’s a wrong choice at the local IKEA furniture section. 'Oh, this penis and balls don’t match my new vibe, better lop the whole lot off and swap it for something off the shelf.' As if that’s some convenient solution for the weaker sex. Have some bloody respect. While it may sound like an easy out on paper, remember one thing - you are not a woman. You are promoting yourself as one from the stronger sex - the one with the Y chromosome, the original plumbing, the testosterone engine - and you will never have the capacity, the actual female plumbing, or the raw fortitude to be one. Strength and mass of a man is not the measure of a woman. Women demonstrate superior biological resilience in extreme endurance events. So before you posture and pretend understand the distinction of exactly what you are not. Women do not have the convenience of lopping it off and becoming something they are not. Nor would the vast majority even want to become what they are not. Because women are beautiful beings. Resilient and enduring. Strong and nurturing. Bodies and biology isn’t a reversible flat pack mistake you can return for store credit when the mood strikes. You can carve yourself up all you like. You still don’t get the monthly war, the nine month hijack, or the lifetime of quiet challenge that come with being born female. ⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻ 4. THE ORIGIN STORY, THE IMPOSSIBLE POSTURING, AND THE CONVENIENCE GAP And while we’re at it - remember this, you came from a woman. Every single one of you was born from a biological female’s womb, carried in a body that actually does the heavy lifting. You’re posturing from an impossible position. No matter what law, what deluded crowd signal, what hashtag crowd screams at the top of its lungs - you will never physically be one. Women don’t have the convenience that men do. Men aren’t socially obligated to look the part, to be accepted in society in the way a woman does because life is a bitch. Not a prick. - the daily grind of makeup that clogs pores and stings eyes, hair removal that leaves you raw and ingrown, heels that destroy your feet, clothes designed to pinch and restrict while you’re already dealing with cramps or leaks. Are you taking the pay cut to where the women are at? What sacrifices are you actually making the way that women historically have - the ones who died in childbirth by the millions before modern medicine came into play the ones who bled and tore and still got up to keep the species alive? ⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻ You don’t fight your own fight - you created a fight with the very group that you claimed to be a part of. Without any of the respect that women give each other. Yet you claim to be a woman. If you truly were a woman, - that distinction would be vividly apparent. Which it is not. You’re shirking away from men’s responsibilities too - like a conscientious objector in society. Opting out of the male role while demanding entry into the female one without paying any of the dues required. ⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻ 5. THE QUIET, INVISIBLE DAILY GRINDS Chronic UTIs because your urethra is laughably short — one wrong wipe and you’re burning for days. Pelvic floor disorders after childbirth where sneezing or laughing becomes a gamble on whether you’ll piss yourself. Those autoimmune diseases that hit women harder because of those double X chromosomes you claim so hard to be apart of. They’re not just a curse - they’re genetic redundancy, a backup system that lets women out survive men in famines, epidemics, and straight up live longer. Built-in resilience no Y chromosome will ever touch. What about the stuff no one chats about over coffee - yeast infections that make you want to claw your own insides out, bacterial vaginosis that turns every step into an awkward reminder, pap smears that feel like a cold metal violation you just grin and bear every couple of years because that’s the tax on having a cervix. Then menopause slams the door. Hot flashes that soak you in sweat at 2am. Vaginal atrophy that turns sex into sandpaper. Bone density drops so you fracture easier. Heart risk skyrocketing as estrogen tanks. Cervical, ovarian and uterine cancers - cancers that only a biological female body can have. The regular pap smears that feel like cold metal scraping your cervix. The fear when the results come back abnormal. The treatments that can rip out your fertility or slam you into early menopause These aren’t 'vibes.' They’re measurable, painful, inconvenient biological facts that shape every woman’s life from puberty to grave. ⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻ 6. THE PART THEY REALLY DON’T WANT TO TALK ABOUT - Women don’t 'freely speak' about half this shit in polite company because it’s messy, private, and exhausting. Women just live it. Every single day. While pretending it’s no big deal so the world keeps turning. So a man in a woman's space really has no right to be there because women know women. How absurd it is for anyone else to pretend they can. They know what they all go through That's the actual lived experience that men in a frock will never know. The tear in the eye at the wash basin, the awkward cringe, of a shared moment of what one woman recognises in another. You lot, the transient women get to opt out entirely. Then demand women pretend you’re in the same club, without ever having the battle scars to prove it. Sex is binary. Small gametes = male. Large gametes = female. Chromosomes don’t care about your feelings. Reproductive biology doesn’t bend to court rulings or pesky hashtags. Claiming to be a woman while skipping every single physical burden that defines female reality isn’t 'inclusion.' It’s erasure. It’s theft of language, spaces, fairness, and truth. 'Born this way' is more than Gaga - it's life itself. Women are not a costume. Nor a feeling. Women are a biological class that carries the species - and pays for it in blood, pain, and permanent scars you'll never, ever understand. Women stand their ground. Because biology, simply, is not negotiable. That is what a woman is. ⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻ While biological women bleed, tear, swell and endure the daily war no man will ever know, politicians fall over themselves to subsidise and celebrate the mental illness of dysphoric males - pumping them full of hormones, carving them up, and demanding the rest of us lie along with them. ⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻

I might be reading this part of the EHRC guidance incorrectly, but surely this is quite a specific example to use? It makes perfect sense, just seems a slightly niche area.

Raja Miah has been highlighting the criminality of the grooming gangs for nearly a decade. Why would a brown Muslim man go against his whole community? The right thing to do is always the right thing to do. @recusant_raja youtu.be/5Ovms-uyVng?is…

@JournalismSEEN @Telegraph Like so many others, he's painted himself into a corner and can't see a viable escape route. He has 2 choices. Either continue placing women and girls in danger and refusing to accept the law of the land, or face the wrath of the trans activists. I'll get my popcorn 🍿

Last week I decided to throw my support behind @AndyBurnhamGM for leadership of the Labour Party and on to PM. But I cannot do that now that I find out he says Transwomen. IE men. Should be allowed to use the ladies toilets. I can never support anyone that does this. Biological Women must have single sex spaces.

Intelligent people can be fooled into going along with a nonsense at its theoretical stage. Once the grotesque manifestations of the nonsense become apparent and are thrust onto the world stage, intelligent people face a choice; to go down with the nonsense or to swim clear.

@QcWynter Chris Minns NSW Labor Premier who agreed to legislation allowing change of sex - yes sex - on birth certificates does a spectactular backflip triple twist and says biological sex must be recognised in law. Let the campaign begin

A transgender police community support officer has been jailed for eight years and six months after attempting to manufacture a prohibited firearm using a 3D printer. Zoe Watts, 39, of St Helen’s Avenue in Lincoln, was sentenced at Lincoln Crown Court after being found guilty in June. They denied attempting to make a weapon, claiming they was creating a “fidget” toy gun as a Christmas present, but the jury rejected their defence. During a raid on 11 December, officers from Lincolnshire Police found knives, a crossbow and parts for a semi-automatic short-range rifle, along with a 3D printer hidden in a cupboard. Prosecutors said the firearm design was capable of firing 33 rounds in 10 to 15 seconds and could have caused mass casualties if properly assembled. Although experts were unable to make the seized parts function, the court heard it would have been a lethal prohibited weapon if completed correctly. Two days before the search, Watts had looked online for information about deaths linked to 3D-printed guns. Judge Simon Hirst described Watts as polite but said they had an “obsession with weapons” and a troubling search history. He noted there was planning involved, though no evidence the weapon would have been sold. Watts, who was previously jailed in 2021 for weapons and explosives offences, was also made subject to a deprivation order and a five-year serious crime prevention order. Credit: predator awareness.

@ClaireCoutinho @a_n_n__m I really want to know if Milliband or any of his family or cronies have got their fingers in the financial trough of the massive solar farms initiative. It's utter madness to give over viable farmland; our food security, to this nonsense.

Yesterday Andy Burnham put 'reindustrialisation' at the heart of his pitch to be Labour leader. Today Ed Miliband will whip his MPs to vote to shut down the North Sea. The greatest act of industrial self-harm in a generation. Will Andy stand up for British workers or not?
