@Im_Mattx @DramaAlert it is because the vending machine that sells these has the inventory for the cards, it's just all not available at once. It is available for purchase at a random time and the only way a scalper would be able to tap on the machine and time it is if they stood in front of it.

This woman and her daughter come and knock on the door of this college house where the students get a parking spot in the driveway and the other two roommates park in the street. The woman is an asthmatic and claims that she always parks in a certain spot and that everyone else is aware and respects it. She tells them to move the car and not to park there anymore. The student refutes it and says it’s public street parking and she has no right to claim it. Why is this woman arguing with them when she can call the city and ask to designate a handicap spot for her, is she being out of line?

@gotrice2024 It's not the students fault, but living somewhere where students are everywhere myself they are a nuisance, all the property is focused around them and parking is a nightmare! Thankfully I have a drive, otherwise I'd be pretty pissed off too

@AaronRefun64219 @Viralvid_89 It's up to police discretion, and while it is technically 'illegal' the law is nearly 100 years old and could do with updating, police will generally disregard it if you are cycling safely and not endangering pedestrians. It's pretty trivial.
