Meet Patricia 85ys her mother died when she was 3 months old,85years ago😢 Her Granny looked after til P was 10ms & she was finding it difficult with 4 other children P was put in St Catherine’s Orphanage Highton run by the Sisters of Mercy #MotherlessDaughters #MothersDay

Last week received 6 Poppies made by the Clannie Marge Crawford👏 💛💙 At 1st didn’t know who sent no note inside,but looked at front of envelope “❌ Marge” We got NRS cos of her & others protesting for Redress years➕ #ParliamentHouse M drove 3hours from Maldon to Melb rain /☀️

It is really sad news Margery Crawford 89yrs has died in Adelaide She was a good friend to me & CLAN Marge was in Ballarat Orphanage She was a very talented knitter she made all those @GeelongCats jumpers We have 2 of her jumpers in #AOMuseum She loved her footy #GoCats💙🤍

We had 2 visitor’s from Brisbane Qld to the #aomuseum Lady thought we wouldn’t have much, on her feedback card “wow, she will have to come back” Writing a book on her late Dad, in #RoyalParkDepot, #Menzies Boys’Home #Frankston Bought Orphans of the Living & joined, now members

@CLAN_AU Coming out of an instuation. Their is not one set answer. You adapted to survive while trying to fit into a community. This all related to finding the abilities to trust and believe in people, it was a package that had to be unveiled. Most of all Being a parent, learning to love
