Zvimba RDC has 6 stages in foundation only and they are overwhelmed with developments happening within their jurisdiction. They can only visit once a week on Thursdays. So you need 6 weeks to complete foundations 😭😭😭

Yesterday at my Job, we invited 3 Architects to present their concepts in a design competition.
Those guys can design but they can't express themselves, poor choice of words, lack of confidence, poor presentation skills 😔
