#BritishAirways #BA. My suitcase case didn’t arrive LAX Sat 18 June. Still not got it after 10 days - BA keep telling me case closed. Now home - still no case! No communication from BA - need someone to have the courtesy of contacting me.
Holiday ruined no clothes & no help.
