@bt_uk Hi Dee, thanks for getting back to me, good customer service so far. I still have an email address with BT for which I’m paying £7.50 a month, I take it that can be reincorporated back into my account should I open one.

Hey @bt_uk - I’ve finally had enough of @virginmedia they couldn’t run the proverbial piss up. My TV is pixelating and blanking out again. Make me your best offer for TV - with a recoding device - and fast broadband.
