Sidewalk was very much open yet he decides to occupy space on the road. These are the things that irritate me about my country cos we should have sidewalks that are wide enough for cyclists or a cycle lane.

My GOAT 🐐-YUYI MWALA ; Former Copperbelt Police Chief, The only man that managed to "smoke out" ECL from his Ibex home and now suspected Copper thief has been granted POLICE BOND. This appears to contradict the very legislation enacted by the UPND Govt through the Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Act No. 4 of 2026. Under the Act, offences involving the theft of copper are classified as NON-BAILABLE and NON- BONDABLE. If these reports are accurate, they raise serious questions about the consistent application of the law. I trust that President @HHichilema will ensure there is no blatant abuse or selective enforcement of the legal framework, and that the rule of law is upheld without exception. At this point, like the KKIA- Gold Scandal, lets safely assume its a "UPND family affair".
