Worse customer service experience EVER! Do not use @StubHub! I bought tickets to @natebargatze for last Friday night in Tampa. I never received our tickets, which were a gift for my husband- $465! Spent 5 hours on phone calls and a chat with @StubHub that evening….said they would work on it and email me. Never heard back. Today I called again and they said they could not help me with a refund. We did not see Nate Bargatze, and spent an entire evening in frustration! Their “100% guarantee” and help “all the way to seats” is complete non sense and false advertising. Buyer Beware!
