I honestly believe Nella’s pple did not think this choice through AT ALL. Her personality is amazing+she is super likeable,however there are certain shows/space she would fare better on. Putting her on such a challenging NATIONAL show was a big mistake,this racist/unforgiving UK?

@mabintou Probably worth noting the majority of these £100K plus jobs won't make it to the open market. You need a network to leverage opportunities like this.

A salary of £120k is quite hard to achieve in Britain if you’re not in finance, tech, a medical specialism eg. dentistry, law, and maybe sales or consulting. You’d need up to 10 years of experience in some of these fields too.

Next door neighbour smokes weed in his backyard while the kids play in our garden. Got so sick of my 3 year old asking what that funny smell was so I anonymously shopped him to his company, they drug tested him and somehow he passed. I was absolutely fuming.

@Morbidful Its a lot worse than that. He told police he was there and they checked his cell pings that showed he was there and his call log and still tried to railroad him. Last I checked the detectives got placed on desk duty and he is suing.

At the end of my third week on placement, I'm so happy to say I've taught four lessons by myself! The feedback was better than I could ever have dreamed and I feel so attached to my class. I'm entering the best profession in the world. Can't wait to teach four lessons this week!

I get this but it’s just not how we operate as humans. You plant a little bit of yourself in all the people you love. This is why we cry when they die because a little bit of who we were with them dies as well. We’re social creatures and that’s the price we pay for being human.
