@Hans_IC @icplink It's a meme token that fuels on people buying it and forming a community around it. The fact that it has people looking into the ICP ecosystem that probably wouldn't have is a huge plus. Much more substantial than some projects replicating Web 2 apps on ICP.

Some of you in the ICP community need to get off your high horses. @icplink had done more for the ecosystem in two weeks than most who have been here for 15 months. Over 20,000 people are already holding it and it's already being used on the most successful Deso on ICP.

Decentralization is bigger than where the services are hosted. Even if a protocol or dApp was fully "Decentralized" with no central parties involved, they can still have terrible governance and token distribution methodologies.

What is the Etherscan of the #ICP network? We need better composability for getting transaction states of all tokens (including NFTs) through one domain with a friendly UX. From what I have seen the @dfinity block explorer only includes ICP transactions.

The main contribution of cryptography and blockchain tech is in that the cryptographic proof of the blockchain is the basis of the trust on the Internet. The #IC #DFINITY will admit to the masses.

Twitter Verified tag is lousy. For something so significant, it seems as if majority of the users that are verified are amongst the most controversial people in the world, leading misguided opinions. We need to decentralize this process.
