@Su77on The changes in the tweet you're replying to introduced a bug that overinflated popularity ranks on weapons that are enhanceable. The fix for that bug went out the next morning.

Pushed this out yesterday, but for obvious reasons didn't feel in good taste to take attention away from the latest example of poor corporate leadership. Anyway, rolls that pull from the random perk pool but aren't actually random are no longer included in the stats that power popularity ranks. Best example of this are weapons that drop as rewards from quests or the season pass (like the Dual Loader / Trench Barrel Perfect Paradox we all got this week from Saint). These rolls are curated in practice, but since they present themselves in the API more or less the same as random rolls, the system treated them that way. This caused the popularity ranks for actually random rolls on those weapon to skew lower than they should, since a large number of people were all granted an identical copy, sucking up all the air at the top of the popularity distribution. Note that any actually random rolls with the same perks should still affect the ranks - just not the ones we're all given for free. This change happened primarily on the backend so I can make sure it doesn't blow up anything unforeseen. Will push UI updates sometime over the weekend to make these rolls show as curated instead of random.

@lightdotgg why would the guns that were S rank on Saturday now be as low as C rank today? I literally culled 500+ guns to just 20ish based on the S ranks that don't seem to exist anymore
