@Mike_Bull @whoop #whoop4 well I've had a replacement 2wks ago. But still same issue. Most likely firmware problem. My wife's Whoop4 order now has no delivery timescale. Issue I had with Whoop4 is if it has deadspots in data collection it destroys everything. So 2% recovery after 10hr sleep, etc.

@whoop just checking in, it’s been 4 months and still no delivery date for #whoop4 - 2 further dates from order fulfilment now been and gone. You are consistently over promising and under delivering. Number of people I know in same situation. Please resolve as a matter of urgency

@withnellblu @whoop Still waiting for Whoop 4.0 and separate order for accessories - shipment countdown went to zero and apparently they are “still@working on my order”. They are probs low on stock due to having to replace defective 4’s. Shocking #customerexperience #whoop4

@Mike_Bull @whoop Lol - I put that tweet out to shame @whoop into helping me. Heard nothing. But now I'm back on my Whoop3.0 had my first uninterrupted nights data since early Dec '21 when I moved to Whoop4. #whoop4 doesn't work.
