Migrants in a Paris no-go zone attacked police cars with heavy objects and basically chased them out of the neighborhood. This isn't a movie. This is France right now. When police can't even control certain areas, you've lost the country.

It is rumoured Ms Willis is the National party's preferred option to replace Mr Luxon. Ms Willis is former PM John Key's protege and she is committed to making National more "progressive". She has also been a major force behind every change in the leadership since Simon Bridges was betrayed. To make her leader after all of the mischief she and her insatiable ambition have caused in the past would be yet another huge mistake. By a party which has drifted so far from its founding purpose it is almost unrecognisable. Ms Willis should not be rewarded for the damage she has caused. IMHO she should be stripped of her power and expelled from the party.
