When I was deciding which network to mint on SOL seemed to make the most sense, transactions are so cheap, fast, and mass airdrops are extremely affordable. Compared to ETH, high gas fees, slow transactions, mass airdrops extremely expensive. But then I realized those negatives are actually a positive. I don't think that the 9 out of 10 top meme coins just happen to be on ETH, I think the reason why they're the top meme coins is because they are on ETH

There's a reason 9 out 10 biggest mcap meme coins are on ETH network (#1 being doge on its own network). The fees is what keeps micro transactions and bot activity to a minimum. Also the type of person who buys Ethereum meme coins are usually buying it with new money and holding it whereas the person that buys SOL memecoins are usually rotating the same money.

Lets keep it real though, PvP will never stop te, it's going to always be PvP because no one likes to see their sol position in the negatives. This whole memecoin space is PvP, the point is to buy at a low marketcap, other buy in on top of your position providing SOL for you to exit your SOL position. No one is holding in this ecosystem. Fees are too low and bots are running rampant.
