@AuYeungWanKin @GIH_UQ Yes, I tried dorado duplex workflow but only in our HPC cluster. I have not tried real-time basecalling with SUP configuration on A6000, I doubt it will handle in real-time. But I have tried HAC with P2Solo and One promethion FCs used nearly 2xA6000.
