4 months over no update,no process to escalate,MAHINDRA FAILED HERE. Now they saying July that to not sure,8 months waiting period bullshit,MAHINDRA DELIVERY SCAM.
@shakya_anshuman@indiagarage1 Same thing happening with me also. Booked 3XO AX7 on March 4, initial delivery date is 30 April again now they are saying May 20 still no guarantee, all dates are tentative. M4U app shows status shows “N/A” it’s highly frustrating.
Extremely disappointed with @indiagarage1. Promised delivery of my XUV 3XO in 4-6 weeks, but kept delaying saying “car not dispatched from plant” even after 6 weeks.
Now after cancelling, it’s been 10+ days, NO update on refund initiation.
