Texans are not activating running back Joe Mixon by Tuesday’s 4 pm ET deadline, making him ineligible to play at least the first four games this season due to an ankle injury. Mixon will be moved to Reserve/Non-Football Injury, which automatically rules him out for at least four games.

@BettingOnX Very fair. Taking Jase at 29 seems more likely than at 10 but if they don’t believe he’ll be there, then I can see it bc of the bias. 40/1 Jase 10th pick available on FD/DK

@SubikSub1k It's very hard to rule out given the Michigan State bias in the organization. They should go best player available, but they need to earn that trust now.

I don't know what's funnier: that we are going to use 10 on Jase, or that we somehow left the Rockets with enough assets to get Booker next year.

Plan A: IF Walker goes before Pick 8, it increases the likelihood that Mason Graham is available for CAR. GM Morgan explicitly stated team had to address front-7. Plan B: Trade down. Plan C: Both OTs entering contract years. Membou? Warren a weapon for Young? Force edge (Mykel?)

Per Brugler’s Guide, CB Will Johnson played only 14.8% of snaps in man-to-man coverage in 2024. Moreover, only 4.4% of his college snaps came inside vs. the slot… Application- Teams that feature man coverage at high % will not be as attracted to him. Mock to zone-dominant team
