I met the former a few weeks ago. She stopped into my place of business, we got talking, and she told me she lost 120lbs. I have pretty high standards, and I'd put her at a ~7.5/10. I could tell she still had the confidence of a 2/10. When she came back 2 weeks later she was dressed significantly less reserved, in a shirt that revealed her whole chest down to her abdomen. Best-case scenario is when a girl who has been fat her whole life suddenly loses weight.
