A female was around 90 male around 65 plus you can get a vaccine if you wanted too. Shelters jacked the price up and sometimes made you keep the animal over night. There was no lab fee at the shelter.

@SuboptimalAGI @SteezyyTommyy @AndriaDont99498 There are no lab fees/pharmaceutical costs for a standard surgical sterilization. The antibiotics and nsaids used for recovery are cheap. If it were truly that expensive, county animal shelters wouldn’t be charging $50 adoption fees for animals the county paid to sterilize.

Today’s the 30th anniversary of RATM’S um, ‘memorable’ performance on SNL. There was a fight onstage between our crew and SNL stage hands moments before our performance, wrestling over some upside down American flags which adorned our amps. Timmy C then attacked host/billionarie/presidential candidate Steve Forbes’ family in the dressing room with a wadded up flag. Secret Service flooded the hallways. SNL cut (censored?) our second song and kicked us out onto the sidewalk.

ALERT: San Diego police release K9 on a man who reportedly stabbed a parking attendant in the head with a wooden cane.
Lathapoun Keovongsa allegedly stabbed a parking attendant twice in the head in a parking lot in downtown San Diego.
Authorities located Keovongsa, wielding a 6-foot wooden cane, and used non-lethal rounds and a K9 officer to subdue him.
The parking lot attendant was brought to a hospital for treatment in non-life-threatening condition.

The Seattle doggy daycare employee who beat a dog to death will only spend 3-months in jail.
Dejean Bowens pleaded guilty to first degree animal cruelty for killing a black lab that was in his care at the Lazy Dog Crazy Dog boarding facility in Ballard Aug. 2025.
Bowens kept the attack going even after the Black Lab, named Mitch, was whimpering and hiding from him.
Bowens received the max sentence per Washington state law.

This might seem extreme to some, but probation is not enough. Cruelty to animals is a huge red flag. Someone like that usually doesn’t “learn their lesson”, they escalate.
