Just 10 lbs away from finally having my weight start with a 2 instead of a 3 for the first time in almost a decade! Let me tell you, losing weight takes a while, but the gains are real. Gone down ~86 lbs since March 2023, could've been more, but we keep on keepin on.

No idea if this is a hot take or not, but I can’t think of any dishes in which the addition of bell peppers actually improves the taste. In fact, I think most of them times they are added, it’s for the addition of color, more so than flavor.
