@AldiUK Thank you so much!! My granddaughter and I are HUGE FANS of the Jelly Bears. Hubby loves the Soft Licorice and we all like the Soft Foams. I appreciate these sweets because I have a sweet tooth and I'm diabetic. It helps me behave knowing I can have something sweet!

@AldiUK Could you find a company to make these with Stevia?? Your Jelly Bears and Sweet Licorice are amazing!! These always look tempting but not tempting enough for a severe migraine. Could you please find more companies that use Stevia?

@frugally_minded @adamfare1996 matter to them. What matters is who the can take off their books. Having to appeal every 3 years and losin PiP during that appeal process ( almost a whole year again) puts a financial and emotional strain on people that are already struggling with life

@frugally_minded @adamfare1996 I couldn't face it. He is experienced in dealing with this stuff but both of us still get sick for weeks before and after anything we have to do for PiP. We stay on tender hooks until there's a decision which can take a year to a year and a half. The evidence doesn't

@BeerFinderGen I know we rarely chat, but if you need an ear, I'm here. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia several years ago. It took soooo long before diagnosis. I don't drink much but I still go to the pub and meet up with drinking friends. You just need to find a new normal hugs x

@PanickedFoodie My GP discovered that my body cannot STORE UP iron. I have to eat properly everyday as my body doesn't even make use of iron tablets, etc. He tried for 6 months to build up my iron stores and it just didn't work.

Yes. Lots of studies linking iron deficiency w/ and w/o anemia with POTS. Unfortunately, iron def without anemia, or low ferritin, is not recognized by most doctors. Optimal levels for people hemochromatosis (and a few other exclusions) is generally around 100.
S Blitshteyn MD, FAAN, FANA, Dysautonomia Clinic@dysclinic

Anecdotally, IV iron may also improve #Dysautonomia symptoms in some patients with #POTS, and iron deficiency (with or without anemia) is more prevalent n patients than controls, but we need randomized studies to prove that.

@TaniaAMarshall I started mine at 14/15. My opinion is that all the hormones put into animals affect us. Fertilizer, pollution all the modifications to food and so many chemicals!! It all affects us.

I’m seeing & hearing of far too may young girls getting their periods at ages 7-10. This is far too early. They are children. They haven’t had a childhood yet. Something is very wrong. My generation age 16 was typical. When did you get your period? What do you think is going on?

@life_asbecky Just the same that men need prostate checks. Yes, it's invasive. Yes, it's not a wonderful feeling. Read up on the procedure, what it entails and be informed. Do some pampering &self care before, then after the procedure. A good Gynae can help with more than just cancer.

@life_asbecky I had my first smear at 15/16. They did them yearly in Texas. I insisted on them being yearly when I moved here until I was 40. Cervical cancer runs in my family. I've had traumatic experiences &good ones. It isn't about being poked &prodded, it's about our health 1/2

I honestly think Cervical Screening Awareness needs to talk more about trauma and phobias, whatever it may be, rather than almost dismissing it and saying “It doesn’t hurt and it’s not scary!” I’m due my first one next year and honestly I’m fucking terrified.

@MJW45 @__Chris_J @PaulEmbery if the government would find it properly (like they said they would ) then it would be a well oiled machine!! It says a lot when nurses are using food banks and there's no more funding for people to become nurses. The govt is killing the NHS off as quickly as it can!

@MJW45 @__Chris_J @PaulEmbery Exactly this!!!! If you go private and at some point get cancer .... Insurance will only pay a very small amount. Have you seen how many people set up gofundme accounts to pay medical bills? I've lived through private medical insurance and Medicaid.... The NHS is amazing &

The fact that patients cannot call their GP surgery at any time other than 8.00am - and then have to hold the line for God knows how long - simply in order to book an appointment is genuinely a national scandal. Imagine having to do the same when booking a car service or haircut!
