I tend to subscribe similar views. Quite possible that the builder siphoned off money from Center Court Project to Ashiana Mulberry project which perhaps was more fetching to him. There must be somebody who could shake him up and assist the homebuyers getting their apartments.

Mr.Rohit Modi delivered possession, as this project was launched about 2 years after Ashiana Landcraft. Our money siphoned off to Mulberry due to which we are stuck up. Reqts.all concerned Govt.officials to take action asap.

Govt of India SWAMIH Fund is the last hope but PNBFL is not providing NOC. Request PNBFL to pls provide NOC for the completion of the project.

Piramal fund rejects offer to settle by borrower & prefers NCLT, inspite the fact that IBC is last resort. Fact is, they mis sold an investment, made their money & now don’t bother, all under the garb of DISCRETIONARY’ scheme. (Ashiana Landcraft PMS) Now they want DHFL God help!!

@PiramalCHF Some more digging I did in the PMS Scheme floated by Piramal shows strange lapses on part of the debenture trustee appointed by the fund manager as well as opaque mechanism followed by the team in holding back critical information. Hope to take it to the logical end soon.
