@Dweller_ For me the two gripe points that kinda make me hope for slender over the operator is the tentacles and the name. Slenders tentacles are one of my fave things abt him. And th name "the operator" just isnt great. Everything else abt operator is good tho. Jus the name n no tentacles

Is it a hot take to say I vastly prefer Slenderman over The Operator from Marble Hornets? I would hope if DBD were to add one of them that it's Slenderman instead of The Operator. From what I remember The Operator doesn't have tentacles unless it happens later on in the series.

@Slendy4DbD I cant tell what i truly want. On one hand I love the original slender. Specially his tentacles and overall vibe in his games. But on the other hand i also love the operator. His scenes in marble hornets were great. Tht name jus isnt great tho "operator"

Seeing the damage this tweet is doing is like watching a car crash in slow motion.
You guys seem to not understand that BHVR accepting this deal would mean we could NEVER get Slenderman in the game.
Operator =/= Slenderman.
If you want Slenderman, don't encourage this deal.
