This site is actually infuriating sometimes the way people just assume shit that was never said. The left picture IS the decomp. So is the right picture. I intentionally turned bloom off in the settings just to see how it would look. Stop shitting on the decomp.

@BrodieOnLinux Yeah, that's gonna hurt on Windows. On Linux almost every game I've seen and even Wine itself uses SDL for gamepad input so I think the coverage will be good there.

@Sulfrix_ It's still recognized as an HID device, the issue with it not using any standard APIs is that the game dev would need to intentionally add support for it if you're not using SteamInput

One catch that's not being discussed with the Steam Controller is that it is heavily reliant on Steam Input, without Steam running or something that can emulate Steam Input the controller is a brick. This was also an issue with the first Steam Controller.
